First of all I'd like to recommend PC Academy to anyone who is buying or upgrading a computer. I made the mistake of buying a computer from one of the big stores and later had a lot of trouble with it and did not get the satisfaction I expected from them when it came to after sales. I got a fly-poster through my letter box from PC Academy and decided to try them out. Neil came to my house the next day and I found him a very helpful and trusting person and patient with me as I am hard of hearing. He told me that my computer was not up to standard for game playing which is why I had purchased the computer in the first place and had to start again from scratch, hand building me one to suit my needs. I've never had any problems since then and the after sales service is first class. I have recommended Neil to some of my friends and they are happy with him too.
He is going to put together 6 computer systems in the near future for our new Sign-right club for the Deaf, so I will be looking forward to that.
Neil and Gavin recently networked both mine and my son's computers so that we could go on the internet independently and share a central printer.
I would recommend everyone to buy from PC Academy not just for computers but for the after sales services which you receive they are very reliable and have lots of helpful information.. I have learnt a great deal from them.
I wish Neil and Anne every success in their business.

After reading their advert in the local paper I visited PC Academy and purchased a complete system. As I'm new to computers I have needed to phone Neil many times with questions since the computer was installed and I'm glad to say he's answered them all everytime. It's nice to be able to talk to someone without it costing a premium rate charge.
