How long will my console repair take?
Turnaround time for most common faults is 2 – 3 days from dropping of the console with us. It could take a few days longer if the unit has a fault that requires a deeper diagnosis.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, our standard warranty is 3 months for all repairs unless stated differently to the customer at the time of repair.
How much does a typical repair cost?
Costs can be anything from £35.00 for a clean up of dust to £120.00 for a major repair or hard drive replacement. All costs are discussed with the customer prior to any work being done.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace a Console?
99% of the time it works out cheaper to have the repair done but in extreme cases where a repair is just not possible we would always recommend a replacement.
