How Long Does A Custom build Take To Build?
After some discussions and agreements on budget and specification we normally have the new PC built within a week from ordering with us.
Do you offer a warranty On The New PC?
Yes, our warranty is provided by us which means in the event of an issue during your warranty period it will be dealt with quickly and in-house by us. If you buy from an online supplier and you have an issue you may be made to cover any costs to return the computer to that company.
Can You Transfer Data From My Old PC?
We offer a service for transferring data such as documents, pictures, passwords & favourites from your old computer to the new one.
Can You Transfer Software?
Software can be reinstalled providing you have the original software download or we can access your accounts online where your programs are kept. An example of this would be Microsoft Office or an Antivirus package from Norton etc.
