How long will my repair take?
MacBooks & iMacs are more complicated in their design than most Windows devices and as such can a little take longer to diagnose faults and find replacement parts at the best prices. A board repair could be completed within 48 hours and where parts are required allow a few days from ordering.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
All our Apple work carries a warranty on any parts supplied by us from 3 – 12 months.
How much does a typical repair cost?
A board repair will start from £50.00 to a screen replacement costing from £100 – £300 depending on how new the model is. Newer models generally cost more to fix than an older ones.
We always discuss the costs involved with the customer before any work is started.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace a laptop?
In most cases it works out cheaper to repair an Apple product than replace it due to the prices of new models. However, in certain circumstances where a repair is very expensive we would always discuss options to supply Grade ‘A’ used models which come from our chosen Apple suppliers.
