What Happens To My Old Hard Drive?
Once all the data required has been transferred to the new computer, laptop or external backup drive, you are handed back the original hard drive that was in your computer for you to keep so you know the hard drive will not be re-used and you are in receipt of it.
If we are not recycling your old computer or taking it as a trade in we would give you back the entire unit for you to keep and store at your address so you know you have it.
Old hard drives containing a customers important data information will always be returned to the customer, fully destroyed or run though our professional wiping software which takes 4 hours to complete and erases all data for good.
